Cook raisins in water until the water is absorbed. Add the applesauce, eggs, sweetener, oil to it and mix thoroughly. Blend the other ingredients . Add vanilla to it. Pour the contents into a greased and floured pans preferably loaf pans. Bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees or more until it is done and get ready to taste yummy fruit cakes. This can make 10 to 12 servings.
