Method of Preparation

Cook raisins in water till all the water is evaporated. Cool and then add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and oil. Mix thoroughly. Blend in baking soda and flour. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. You can also add walnuts or artificially sweetened fruit cocktail instead of raisins if you wish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or more until it is done. Healthy cake is ready to serve.
