Take a large bowl, add margarine and cream it nicely. Add beaten egg, sucaryl solution and milk to it. Sift all the dry ingredients and add it to the first mixture. Add vanilla, raisins and rolled oats to it and beat well. Drop by teaspoonful into a greased cookie sheet. Bake until it is done and serve the crunchy crispy oatmeal cookies. (You can use cup margarine and cup applesauce or 1 banana instead of using the full amount of margarine.
