Mix all 3 ingredients and make into a soft dough. Divide them into 2 balls and place into a ungreased cookie sheet. Pat down, 12 inches long and 3 inches wide.

Take a saucepan and mix the margarine and water into it. Boil the ingredients and add flavoring to it. Remove from the flame. Add flour followed by eggs one at a time. Divide into 2 portions. Spread on dough one then the other. Bake them at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes and now the sponge coffee cake is ready to serve.
