Method of Preparation

Take a large bowl, cream the margarine, fructose and brown sugar replacement together until it forms light and fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and mix well. Add vanilla and stir well to make a soft dough. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place them on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten balls with a fork which is dipped in cold water. Bake it for about 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool on Wire racks and now the tasty, crispy spicy cookies are ready to eat.
