Drain cherries and discard liquid. Take a small saucepan, add these cherries and enough water to cover and boil it. Drain and repeat. Drain again and cover with cold water. Drain and cut dates, pecans. Add diced fruit and then add graham cracker crumbs. Take out juice from pineapple reserving juice from 1 can. Pour juice and pineapple over fruit and cracker crumbs. Mix thoroughly until all is moistened. Drop the mixture in loaf pan which is sprayed by vegetable non-stick spray. Cover with wax paper and press firmly in pan. Cool for several hours or freeze before cutting. Delicious unbaked fruit cake is ready to eat.
