Method of Preparation

Cook raisins until all the water is absorbed. Cool it and then add the next 4 ingredients to it. Mix thoroughly. Sieve dry ingredients together and then add vanilla. Mix well and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake it for about 1 hour or even longer until it is done at 350 degrees and get ready to taste the sponge diabetic cake.
