Cook raisins in 2 cups of water till all water is evaporated. Add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and oil. Mix thoroughly. Then mix flour, baking soda and spices together. Blend this into raisins and add vanilla to it. Mix well. Drop them into a greased and floured 8×8 inch cake pan. Bake them at 350 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes. Refrigerate after first day. Cake without sugar spoils easily. Tasty cake is ready to eat.
