Boil raisins in water at medium flame until all the water is absorbed. Add orange juice, applesauce, sweetener, eggs and oil. Mix thoroughly. Blend flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Add this to the first mixture with vanilla. Mix well. Drop them into a greased 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes. Tasty and healthy cake is ready to serve.
