Separate egg yolk and white. Beat the egg whites with salt till foamy consistency. Add cream of tartar and continue beating until it is stiff in consistency. Take another bowl mix all the other ingredients and fold in beaten egg whites. Bake it in an greased and floured bundt pan for about 40 minutes or longer enough until it is cooked at about 350 degrees and you can taste the yummy sponge cake. Test with a tooth pick. Serve with no sugar jelly ( all fruit) and cool whip.
