Method of Preparation

Add dates, oil, orange juice in water and boil for 5 minutes. Cool and add the remaining ingredients. Mix them all well and drop them in oiled 8×8 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Cool before cutting. Delicious date bars are ready to taste. Yields about 36 bars. Each bar is 56 calories, 7grams carbohydrates, 1 gram protein, 3 grams fat, 8 mg cholesterol, 12 mg sodium.
