Method of Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 300 degrees. Sift flour and soda together. Add oil, liquid sweetener and mix thoroughly until light. Beat the eggs and add the remaining ingredients to it. Beat well so as to mix all the ingredients. Pour into loaf pan. Bake it for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees and enjoy the healthy diabetic low sodium pound cake.
