Method of Preparation

Melt chocolate using double boiling method. Add evaporated milk and mix. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes, add vanilla and sweetener. Drop on small foil pie pan or plate. Refrigerate for some time and cut into 8 pieces. Form into egg shaped balls and then roll lightly in pudding powder or chopped nuts. Excellent fudge is ready to serve.
