Method of Preparation



Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook raisins in water until all the water is absorbed. Add applesauce, eggs, sweetener, cooking oil to it and stir well. Blend them in baking soda and flour and then add cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased 8×8 inch cake pan and bake them for about 25 minutes or more until it is cooked. Now the softy sponge cake is ready to serve.
