Method of Preparation

Mix raisins, dates and apples in water. Boil it for about 3 minutes. Add shortening to melt, cool and add the remaining ingredients. Put the nuts at last. Mix well and drop by each teaspoonful into and ungreased cookie sheet. Bake it for about 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Refrigerate the contents in an air tight container and taste the crunchy, healthy cookies.
