Method of Preparation

Sieve flour, salt, soda and spices together. Blend margarine, sugar substitute, vanilla and egg together until it is mixed well. Mixture will be rough and crumbly due to margarine. Add dry ingredients and apple sauce to it. Mix thoroughly after each addition. Add cereals, raisins and stir well. Bake in 9×13 inch pan at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. Cool them and cut in blocks. Refrigerate it and serve the delicious cookies. Each cookie is approximately 23 calories.
