Method of Preparation

Mix milk and vanilla. Freeze them for about 30 minutes. Blend the gelatine and juice in a blender and allow it to set for about 1 minute. Add boiling water and equal to it. Blend them well until it is smooth. Cool for about 45 minutes. Pour the frozen milk into a small chilled bowl and whip the frozen milk until it forms a stiff consistency. Fold in lime zest. Meanwhile slowly add the gelatine mixture to the whipped milk. Spoon into 2 cooked pie shells or you can use a 9×13 inch baking dish. Decorate with some lime slices and zest.
