Method of Preparation

Cook raisins in 2 cups of water till all water evaporates. Add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and cooking oil. Mix thoroughly. Blend the baking soda and flour well. Mix cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla well. Mix all the ingredients nicely. Pour into a greased and floured 8×8 inch cake pan. Bake them at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until it is cooked. Serve the soft and sponge cake.
