Take a mixing bowl, Blend egg and oleo well. Mix orange juice and orange rind to it. Add mixture of dry ingredients. Heat until it is smooth. Add pecans and raisins. Stir well. Drop by each teaspoonful into a greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes or until it is brown. Tasty orange cookies are to serve.
